Radium Hot Springs
Invermere
The hub. Shops, restaurants, both beaches, the largest developments and the most sought-after addresses in the valley. It is where most people start looking and where a good number of them end up.Radium Hot Springs
The front door — the first community you reach driving in from the east. Known for its condos and home to the hot springs, it sits a little farther from the lake and is generally more affordable than Invermere.
Windermere
Across the lake from Invermere. Quieter and more residential, with beautiful lakefront homes and older recreational cabins that have been in the same families for decades. Very few condos.Fairmont Hot Springs
Farther south, built around the hot pools and the golf courses. The extra drive from the hub keeps prices down and the pace slower again — good value for people who are here to relax rather than be in the middle of things.Panorama Mountain Resort
