Lakefront development on Columbia Lake making progress.
Painted Ridge is a lakefront project on Columbia Lake is a 31-lot subdivision that has been in the works since 2004. Mike Vernon, ex Nhler, is the person behind the development.
However, during the approval process with the Village of Canal Flats, communication broke down and this led to the delay in this development.
